We dedicate this collection to the Indian Flag, the colours that epitomize everything Indian stands for: Saffron for its bravery and courage; White for the peace and purity; Green for the growth, fertility and auspiciousness.

So here is our take on the foods you can enjoy on our 70th Independence Day. Since independence, regional politics and rivalry has been very high. Even today, with all the advents and leaps India has made, we still don’t feel the same brotherhood for Indians who live outside of our regions.

Transcending borders, overtaking barriers; good food reaches every heart and every stomach making the person smile. Let us take a lesson from food today, we need to be the instrument of good taste and good food spreading smiles and happiness around.

Vande Mataram!
